The Board of Trustees meet on the third Tuesday of each month in the Meeting Room in the library building. Special meetings and public hearings may be held at other times. Regular meetings will start at 5:30 p.m. except for the January meeting which will begin at 5:45 p.m. following the Board of Finance meeting.

All meetings are posted at the library (In entrance way). All Board Meetings are open to the public except for executive sessions. Minutes to the meetings are posted below and under the About WCPL page on our website.
